Mountain salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 curly lettuce and 1 batavia lettuce
  • 300g oyster mushrooms
  • 250g smoked diced bacon
  • 250g beaufort cheese
  • 60g walnuts
  • 8cl oil
  • 3cl vinegar
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Wash the lettuce and mushrooms.

Cut the cheese into slices.

Put the leaves, nuts, and cheese slices into a salad dish and add salt and pepper.

Quick fry the mushrooms in a frying pan on a fast heat with half the oil (4cl).

Wait until they go coloured then lay them out on the salad.

In the same frying pan brown the diced bacon then throw it onto the salad.

Add the unused 4cl of oil.

Take the still-hot frying pan, pour the vinegar in, and then pour the mixture straight away onto the salad.

Toss and serve.
