Ingredients

  • 40g blueberries
  • 20g white chocolate + 10g for decoration
  • 50g fat-free soft white cheese
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Coat the bottom of a glass with blueberries.

Mix the soft white cheese with 20g of melted chocolate.

Whip the egg white and fold it into the preparation.

Set it out in the glass on top of the blueberries.

Sprinkle in fragments of white chocolate.

Leave to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.

To give a sweet highlight to the preparation, when serving, dribble a thread of acacia honey onto the glass!
