Fruit salad with génépi recipe
20g white chocolate + 10g for decoration
50g fat-free soft white cheese
1 egg white
1- Coat the bottom of a glass with blueberries.
2- Mix the soft white cheese with 20g of melted chocolate.
3- Whip the egg white and fold it into the preparation.
4- Set it out in the glass on top of the blueberries. Sprinkle in fragments of white chocolate.
5- Leave to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours
The chef's trick
To give a sweet highlight to the preparation, when serving, dribble a thread of acacia honey onto the glass!
