Lentil salad with smoked trout, feta, cucumber and raspberries

The Prémanon smoked trout : A family fish farm located below the village of Prémanon carries a wide range of products, including trout smoked fillets. This little marvel will melt in your mouth and tantalize your taste buds.
- 250g lentils
- 200g feta
- 140g smoked trout
- 1 cucumber
- Salt and pepper
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- A few basil leaves to serve
Cook the lentils as directed on the package.
Dice the red onion and feta.
Cut the trout into slices.
Crush the raspberries with a fork. Mix with olive oil and sherry vinegar.
Add salt and pepper.
Combine all of the salad ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving.
When ready to serve, garnish with basil leaves.
