Comté cheese and walnut tart recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet short crust pastry
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 2 soup spoons of plain flour
  • 150g grated Comté cheese
  • 2 egg
  • Halved walnuts
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Beat the fresh cream and flour together with the grated cheese.

Whip the egg whites until stiff then add the prepared mix.

Add a little salt, pepper, and the coarsely chopped walnut halves.

Spread this preparation over the tart base, top off with intact walnut halves.

Bake in the oven for 40min.

Serve warm or cold with a cocktail of salad leaves.
