Ingredients

  • 360g of caster sugar
  • 130g of ground almonds
  • 135g flour
  • 4g of baking powder
  • 3g of salt
  • 12 egg whites
  • 200g butter
  • 35g stabilizer
  • 125g of blueberry

Preparation

Put the sugar, almonds, flour, yeast, salt and stabilizer in a mixing bowl. Then fold in the egg whites using a whisk. Clarify the butter. Filter it then add it to the mixture. Mold the financiers and add blueberries on the top. Bake at 180°C.
