White blueberry cup recipe
125g plain flour
1 soup spoon of oil
2 soup spoons of fruit brandy
1 sachet baking powder
4 soup spoons of powdered sugar
1- Peel and slice the apples.
2- Take a baking dish and mix the flour in it with a pinch of salt along with the eggs beaten to omelette consistency, the brandy, the baking powder, and the sugar.
3- Add 10cl of warm water to obtain a smooth mixture, not too thick. Add the apple slices.
4- Take a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil in it and put the preparation in.
5- Cover and leave to cook over a low heat for 30 minutes.
6- Turn the matafan over (slide it onto a plate then flip sides) to cook the other side. Serve hot or warm.

To vary the pleasure, you can also make a savoury matafan with bacon and cheese.
