1 zest of lemon
1 zest of orange
Blanch the eggs and sugar. Place the flour and yeast in a mixing bowl. Then add all this to the mixture (eggs and sugar) and add the milk. Melt the butter with the orange & lemon zests and the honey. Mix the whole with a whisk.
Lastly, lay the madeleines out on the baking tray and bake at 180°C.
