4 soup spoons honey
1- Peel the bananas and cut them in half then sprinkle them with the juice of the lemon.
2- Melt the butter in a straight sided frying pan. Add the bananas and lemon juice. Coat with honey. Cook for 6 minutes, rolling the bananas in the butter-honey mixture until caramelized.
3- Remove from the heat, pour the rum over, and light a flame.

For hungry diners, count two bananas each!
