Among our starters, you can find great classics from the alpine meadows as well as Tourtons, but also original recipes like crunchy Reblochon twist.
Tourtons, typical products of the Southern Alps, used to be served as a starter during festivities. The crunchy reblochon twist is a recipe that takes advantage of the cheese's matchless smoothness and meltability to produce a quick, easy-to-make, delicious bittersweet dish.
