Following on from the success of the recipe book created exclusively for Sherpa last year, Michelin-starred chef Mickey Bourdillat has kindly done us the honour and great pleasure of bringing some new delights to the table!

For Mickey, the basic requirement is to have quality ingredients, because this is one area you cannot cheat with. As he says, his job is to enhance the product and make sure style does not prevail over substance.
